02. Construction
Ground breaking to lock-up. You’ll receive weekly photo updates and a standing weekly sync call. Our engineering checks occur at every structural transition.
03. Post-Construction
Final punch list, systems orientation, and our warranty handover. We don’t consider the job done until you know how every smart switch and HVAC vent works.
